Good morning! I decided I should get real and start sharing some of my workout goals with you guys. We joined a new gym right by our house, and my goal is to work out 5 days a week...A big deal for me! I used to work out all the time, and just have not been happy with my body lately, and am really wanting to get back into shape. So I thought I would share some of my goals with you guys. My plan is to focus on two weeks at a time. This way it is not overwhelming for me. I am going to the gym 5 days per week and doing 2 miles on the treadmill and alternating days of legs and arms after my run/walks this week. Today is day 4 and I am pretty sore! But, I am really happy that I am getting back into fitness and taking care of my body. Next week my goals is 12 miles, and I hope to increase my mileage every week. As I get back into shape, I would love to add more fun workouts and outside workouts...but right now, it is all about just getting it done, and our gym is really helping with that.

Some of these songs are so old...but they really get me moving! I just started using Advocare's MNS Max C, and am loving it. I am getting alot of nutrition and have had less cravings today than usual. My cousin is a distributor and has lost 75lbs since December, and was such an inspiration to me. Here is the product...if you want to get back into shape, I highly recommend it!
I would love to hear if any of you use Advocare products and your thoughts. Any tips or great treadmill workouts? Any advice on sticking to a healthy diet or workout plan?
